My goals and aspirations: Tough one to answer. I am a mother of two children. They are the only one's who have ever come first in my life and sorry to say to you out there, they always will!!! If you can picture a life, as a friend to them, not a father they have one, then we can begin to base a relationship on that. Our children are 9 and 14 and very independant most of the time. I am open and honest from the start, and expect the same. Happy go lucky and fun loving all wrapped into one. One of my downfalls is trusting my heart to anyone. Have enjoyed my single life for 4 yrs. and hope maybe one day, not today, someone will be my friend to share my life with. I always say for that to happen it would have to fall in my lap, because I wouldnt know the difference. lol. I am looking for a strong individual, with goals of their own. Not someone to lean on me when times get tough. Been there, done that. Would prefer someone with children, around the same ages. Always easier with children to entertain or to entertain us. Not afraid to be a friend to their own children. Enjoy the bussiness of kids and activities. Mature adults, with a lot of humour only need to respond. Not willing to raise and adult. Independant, mature, but with a childlike personality, who is entertaining as well as mischevious to a point. Kindhearted, loving, humourous, is what I am looking for. Working around schedules, is not a problem, as long as it is a give and take relationship. You give I take. lol. Just kidding. Life is way to short to be serious all the time, but in the end being a grown up is part of the picture. Still learning that one myself. lol. This site has not only proved to be entertaining, but enjoy the laughter that goes with it, when you meet a friend. I won't waste your time if you don't waste mine. Sometimes dates are nice just to have drinks and relax after a busy day, or night. Make me laugh, grab a piece of my heart, as a friend or partner. It is what we make of it. Not willing to give up who I am for anyone, but willing to compromise. I have always enjoyed life to the fullest and won't allow anyone to take that from me or my children. One day I hope to find that certain someone, who can carry all the characteristics of what I am looking for. I really don't want to settle for anything less. I guess I will know it when I find it. Drinks in a relaxing atmosphere, conversation, and good looks are appealing to me. Especially the good looks. lol. Coffee, if we have to. lol. Not a dinner person on the first date incase something goes wrong and can't make that phone call. lol. Short and simple, incase the attraction is not there.
