I am a happy, energetic, outgoing mermaid who is swimming through life and having a good time seeing what the ocean has to offer. I have an established career (which I occasionally shed the flippers for) and am emotionally and financially secure.
I love pretty much all outdoor activities (including swimming). I love most sports. I spend as many summer weekends camping and enjoying the sun, water and a good campfire.

I get through the cold of the winter by cross country skiing, snowmobiling and building the odd snowman along with a fire and a good movie. Add in there a trip to the islands and I keep fairly happy through that long winter.

I am very close with my family and they and my friends are very important to me.

I have discovered the joy of travelling in the last 10 years and plan to do plenty more in the future. I guess my curiosity gets the better of me and I love to discover new places and cultures. When pushed I will even try some of the food.

I love to putter away in the kitchen but much better with baking treats than I am the rest of the meal. Hence the need to exercise on a regular basis and keep active.

I am not looking to fill a void in my life but rather find someone who enjoys some or most of the same activities and would like to share some of their favourites with me as well. I am looking for someone who quite simply puts a smile on my face and can make me laugh on the worst of days or will just share a hug when needed. Someone who likes to take a walk and doesn't mind holding my hand in public.
