I'm a public sector lawyer and enjoy my job. I think I've struck a pretty good life-work balance. I'm a recent homeowner and consider myself financially responsible and independent, so no worries there! I like to think I've got a pretty good sense of humor, kinda dry, quirky and sarcastic, love inside jokes.

I do several activities with my two dogs such as Therapy visits and freestyle dancing (they are Havanese and hypoallergenic). I also enjoy watching sports like baseball (White Sox) and hockey, reading and spending time with my friends at things like dining out (am vegetarian), movies, karaoke, concerts, and shopping. I do what I can do help "save the world" through political activism (environment, human and animal rights are important to me).

I like heavy music, mostly rock and metal, but am open to any. Favorite TV shows: 24, Family Guy, Sex and the City, Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Movies: comedies, horror, drama. Also like Broadway/live theater and concerts.

In a partner, honesty is the most important trait. Other than that, would like to find someone to be a true partner, who would get my back when needed and vice versa, is able to compromise, is fun-loving and outgoing. Oh and sense of humor is key! I have not dated for a while, so I am excited about starting again soon and if nothing else, making new friends and having fun.
