Hi, I'm Adam, though nobody calls me by my first name. I'm mostly known as either Jack, or muppy.

I like bullet points (must come from my days as a teacher)

-Growing up, I learned most of what I know about women while walking home from school with my grandpa. One of the things he said to me that I'll never forget was, "the most precious thing a man can have, is the heart of a woman. If you're lucky, and a woman gives it to you, you better hold on to it."

-I'm not a slim guy, but I lift weights and do cardio. When I look down, I can see my feet.

-I'm looking for a relationship.

-I hate drama, and make a conscious effort to avoid it at all costs.

-I am always honest. Lying takes too much effort.

-I like to laugh more than anything else.

-I draw a lot. If I could quit my job and draw full time. I would.

-I work for the NYPD. Before that, I was a teacher.

-I like sports. Giants, Yankees and Islanders. However, I'm not a sports nut and would rather go out and do something than watch a game.

-I like going to the movies, taking little day trips and things like that. I'd rather go out somewhere than sit in the house. I like to have fun.

-I don't drink alcohol.

-I give the best hugs and I seem to generate heat.

-I enjoy: comics, books, sci-fi, fantasy.. and I enjoy movies, televison shows and video games that relate to these topics.

- I frequently attend comic book conventions.

- I don't wear jewelery. It seems strange to say I know, but it's come up in conversation a couple of times in recent conversations, so I thought I'd mention it.

-I have a steady job, an apartment, a car, a good relationship with my friends and family, who cares if I want to have a Spider-Man drawing on my wall? It takes different strokes to move the world.

The things I'm looking for.---

I've always ever been a relationship guy. I like having someone that I can trust and go out and do stuff with. Someone that I think about all day and can't wait to get home to.

I'm not terribly picky. I don't really have a "type" but I'll say this much:

- I don't care about height or weight. I've had girlfriends that were a 6, and I've had girlfriends that were a 12, I don't want to be able to see your ribcage when you breathe regularly, but you should at least take care of yourself.

- I would like that has a brain. At least be able to type in complete sentences.

- I don't have a preference to hair length, color or style.

- I'm a big sucker for a pretty smile, I like a gal with nice teeth.

- I like tattoos, but they aren't mandatory

- Smoking and drugs are deal breakers.

- Gotta have a job. I don't want anyone to depend on me in that way. I have a dangerous job and I want to know that a gal can take care of herself if something happened to me.

- Know that I'm gonna want to hang out with my buddies once in a while. You should be able to have fun with your friends without me being there.

- Accept my geek hobbies, I'll accept whatever your hobbies are.

I'm always up for anything.

P.S. I've mentioned that I draw a lot. I'm currently working on designing characters for a project that I'm working on. There is a chance that I checked your profile because I think you have cool hair or a nice outfit and might use that as the basis for a drawing. So, I'm not stalking you.
