I have to admit, lately I kind of wonder if the guy for me exists outside of my imagination? This POF thing, It's a long shot, but you just never know who might pop up. Many people do successfully meet this way right?
Some of the qualities I look for in a man, in no particular order:
Be confident in himself! (HUGE turn on!)
Is active
Has at least a grade 12 education…more is better
Is willing to communicate (not through screaming or yelling matches).
Not be a bar star! (any other kind of star is okay)
Is not a liar or a cheater (I am VERY allergic to liars and cheaters).
You don’t have to be a great dancer but I love a man who has fun trying to shake it on the dance floor
Is not homophobic
You would describe yourself as being a genuinely kind person in your overall approach to life
Basically….I'm looking for someone who is fairly awesome!
A few things about me in no particular order:
I will try almost anything once
I believe in both sides of my brain
I LOVE my dog
I am university educated
I love to travel
On the inside I am a bit of a hippie
My grade 6 teacher actually wrote on my report card that I am a rose amongst thorns..I'm not kidding...haha!
I love trying different ethnic foods
Kids are great, though I have no desire to meet anyone’s children in the early dating days
I wont post pictures of myself in racy lingerie.
I don’t like to scream and yell
I only lie and cheat in poker and even then I am not very good at it
I am a rock star in my car!!
Despite that POF says you're "wasting your time" if you don't post pics I just can't bring myself to do it. I value my privacy too much, but I am more than happy to send one once we are chatting :0)
I am not interested in meeting married men or having a fling or one night stand so if that’s what you're after please don't say hi. I would like to meet people who are truthfully looking to date, get to know each other...if we have fun go on another date. It really doesn't need to be so complicated!
I think I have a lot to offer someone. All you really need to know is that I'm down to earth... I'm genuine, sensitive to other people’s feelings, honest, trustworthy, and totally loyal. All traits that people close to me MUST have! I work very hard and I'm goal oriented. I am a bit of a restless spirit. I have my dreams...I would just really love someone to dream with! I'm optimistic and excited about what the future has in store for me. There's just one thing missing... Maybe it's you.
