here's what best passes for my spiritual/mental/motivational snapshot:
I'd like to consider myself a bit restless - and that's a virtue. I'm demanding of myself - luckily, that doesn't extend to others! Still interested in becoming more than being. Morning person. Consider myself more European than American. Love Paris, even when it's cold and rainy. Am very attracted to women of accomplishment, power and focus. Have been told, as they say in Boston, that I am "wicked smaht", but try not to define myself that way. My son's away at college.
In my spare time? Read, voraciously, chiefly non-fiction. Sorry, neither read pulp fiction nor watch reality TV. Bit of a gym rat. Art films. Seldom watch television, frankly, but will be happy to keep you company, particularly if a DVD night. Museums? Yes. Follow world soccer. Music? Classical and world music (love BBC3), some jazz (Bird, Trane, Miles, Mingus, and the like)
Former Second City trainee, so could make you laugh. Consider yourself forewarned.

First date? Whatever we want to do. I try not to be formulaic. But I'm sure it would involve conversation (quiet places, please!), a walk, drink(s, something to provide nourishment for our minds and bodies.
