I am a born and raised Alberta girl, and I just very recently moved out here to be closer to my family.
I love to watch movies, read, take pictures, travel, etc. I'm a bit accident prone so me and sports tend not to get along too well!
As far as travel, so far I have seen parts of Thailand, Italy, Hong Kong and bits and pieces of the US.
My favourite idea of a way to spend a summer weekend would involve a tent, a campfire and a quad.
Musically, I like a little bit of everything; country, dance, rock, etc. Right now my favourites would include Michael Buble, Cascada, Brad Paisley and Arrogant Worms.
I like movies the way I like music - all over the map including (but not limited to) One Week, the Die Hard movies, Blood Diamond, My Fair Lady, etc.
I am a bit shy and find it hard to get to know people at first, but once I am comfortable, I like to have fun!

Well, I'm not sure what I would want for a first date; mostly what I like is some inventiveness. For me, ideas might range from dessert and a movie to bowling, or even just spending time talking in a coffee shop and going for a walk. Mostly something fun and even slightly spontaneous.
