I'm silly. I'm emotional. I'm loving. I'm insecure. I'm independent. I'm awkward. I randomly burst into song. I think fart jokes are funny. I'm equal parts loud, obnoxious, quiet, and sensitive. I have a crush on William Shatner. I LOVE to go out and go dancing but I look like I'm having an epileptic fit when I dance. I'm afraid of squirrels. I'm a ktv master. I'm sassy and classy, and i'm just as comfortable on a hiking trail as i am at a 5-star restaurant.

i'm probably the most laid back chick on the planet; up for anything and willing to try anything once. I've been bungee jumping, and in my travels, i've eaten a lot of really weird, disgusting things. Culture, foreign language, social justice issues, and volunteering are very important to me. I love exploring the world and i can't wait to hit the road again in summer 2010--World Cup South Africa, baby!! I have 2 tattoos and 8 piercings. Um, what else? I LOVE music and I will listen to anything at least once. I listen to a lot of stuff that you've never heard of as well as some stuff that will make you cringe in horror

I'm in transition at the moment. I lived in China for 3 years, teaching English. For 2 of those years, I was a Peace Corps Volunteer, and the third year, i liked China so much that I stuck around to figure out what i wanted to do "when I grow up." I'm taking some pre-requisite classes for nursing school at the moment, hoping to transfer to Johns Hopkins.
