Hello and welcome to my dating resume, um, I mean profile. Get comfy because I got things to say and it may take a few minutes. Don’t worry though. You’ll laugh, cry and stand up and cheer by the end.

A lil bit about me:

I like to go to Starbucks and drink expensive coffee but mostly to people-watch. I want to be famous for fifteen minutes. I love it when it rains, even more when it hails. I am not a morning person, though I love a sunrise. I am loyal to the end and expect it in return. I like driving at night just to listen to good music. I'll go on a road trip anytime, where to is not always important if you're with the right person. I see the glass half-empty but only because I want more. I am not a work-a-holic, alcoholic, or anything-a-holic. I enjoy insightful conversations with my 8yr old daughter because we forget what the world looked like at that age sometimes. I believe in substance over style and avoid most places that reverse it. Overall, what I lack in talent, I make up with in soul :).

What am I looking for you ask?

Can't really say, but I'll know when I've found it. I don't have a check-list of traits I'm looking for in a woman, just somebody who can laugh at life, is responsible, and is beautiful inside and out. Not much to ask for really, huh? Since I'm a down-to-earth kinda guy, I tend to gravitate towards that type. I chose "dating" because I believe all good things begin casually before they can elevate to serious or long-term. That doesn't mean I'm a "player!" I have done the online dating thing before and have found that it can lead to an unrealistic search for perfection that never materializes. Keep it simple - this site should be used as an introduction. Where we take it afterward is up to us...

I have experienced the birth of my child as well as the death of a close friend and just about everything in-between. I'm a restless soul within life's journey...just looking for a good soul to join me...
