So what is a catch like me doing of POF, I hear you ask? Well, I'm looking for more than a fling and a few friends have tried the whole online thing with success, so why not give it a shot?

I hate writing these things because there is so much more you could know and that I want to tell, but I do not want to ramble on, turning the "About Me" section into an essay!

I enjoy watching TV and movies. My choice of TV tends to be comedy related, with shows like Arrested Development, Seinfeld, and 30 Rock now. Although, Mad Men is one of my most favourites ever! I also love watching old movies like Singin' in the Rain, Young Frankenstein, Blazing Sadals, and The Apartment (an all-time favourite of mine).

Moving on, love music, but really, who doesn't? I like playing music (I play the sax, piano, and just started on guitar) and singing along. By the way, if you have a great singing voice, like an old school, talented voice, it would be a massive bonus for me.

I listen to a lot of everything, except rap, hip hop and country. I have a lot of classic rock and a lot of new alternative and indie stuff. I like discovering new music that my friends don't know about and opening their worlds just a little bit.

I hate the first date movie. For 2 precious hours, you just stare at a screen and are not allowed to talk. Finally, when the movie is over and you get a chance to talk, the moive is usually the main topic!

Instead, I would love to take you out for a cup of (cliche) coffee. I like coffee and conversation; where better do these two worlds meet?

After that, I like dinner and/or an activity, whether that be playing some minigolf or just talking a walk arm in arm. Yeah, I'm kinda a hapless romantic.
