I am a normal guy who is looking to meet a female who enjoys going out and having fun but is also capable of staying in and spending time together at home. I enjoy having a good conversation about pretty much anything. I work hard but I try to not take myself too seriously. I love to joke around and laugh whenever possible.

I love music and enjoy going to see live shows when I get the opportunity. I listen to many types of music and I am getting close to 13,000 songs on my iPod. The only type of music I really can't stand is anything that sounds like Michael Bolton or Kenny G. I find that style to have no soul! On any given day you may hear me listening to Metallica, Prince, Johnny Cash,Snoop Dogg or Spoon to name a few. I have recently started listening to Latin music and really like the majority of it. I'd like to know how to salsa so if you can teach me that would be great!

I also enjoy movies of all sorts including "chick flicks" on occasion plus I'm a sports fan so going to catch a hockey, football or baseball game on occasion is always fun to me.

I enjoy going to comedy clubs when I have the chance. I used to shoot pool a lot in my college years and used to be pretty good but I haven't played in quite some time so I'd love the opportunity to play again.

I recently bought a nice camera so I enjoy venturing out and trying to find that perfect photo opportunity.

About myself, I am a big guy but that doesn't mean I'm a tub of goo. I have been told I look like a bouncer but I'm not mean or a meathead! I own my own home and have a steady job. I recently joined a gym and I try to workout at least 4 days a week. I am responsible. I am the type of guy you can bring home to meet the folks and not worry about me making an ass out of myself and embarrassing you.

I have 2 dachshunds and a cat so I'd prefer that you like animals as well.

I enjoy eating out whenever possible. I enjoy pretty much any style of cuisine. I am always willing to try something new. If you like to cook then I'm your perfect guinea pig! If you like sushi, that would be a bonus but not a requirement!

Race is unimportant. I like kids so if you have them that is fine.
