First of all - yes, my picture is about a week old. A women of many interests, ecclectic in my tastes and kind of old fashioned. I'm always ready for an adventure whether it be experimenting in the kitchen or going on a spontaneous drive to anywhere. I am a curious sort with lots of questions and I listen well but I confess I have my chatty moments. You might have to distract me once in a while. Love romance and sharing affection. I have a rather silly sense of humor and sometimes witty but I like someone who can be fun too. Softspoken, low keyed and easy going....I prefer discussion and compromise over confrontation. Drama is not appealing to me. Lively discussion on interesting topics is great fun. Photography, reading, walking, music, dancing, cooking, biking, anything outdoors...it's all good but I'm always ready to discover something new.

I like to keep the first date simple - a coffee or drink and some conversation. If we find some mutual interest then plan the second date but nothing too complex. And it will go on from there.

I have met some darn good people through this process, and while we didn't make a match, we enjoyed our initial conversation without too much outlay of effort. If it's a pleasant experience how can you lose?
