I have missed, and want to enjoy quiet dinners and spending time with someone. I know how to appreciated someone, and to relax around them. I can communicate easily, can even use big words (laugh here), and can work through another persons thoughts, and needs without getting lost away from my own. A smile is the first thing I look at with a person.
I like to work out, and do at least two miles a day before work. I am clean cut, and read more than watch TV.
Hobbies are my two sons and their scout activities, backpacking and camping. We completed a 100 mile hike this summer, 120mile in 2005.. Unless it is sleeting and raining, I canoe New Years Day, and Easter for the first trips of the year.I help with Habitat projects, and as a second job do home repair, I come with tools, and like to fix things.
I would like to hike the entire Ozark Trail in the next three years, I enjoy the outdoors (Every day away from the dusk to dawn lights is a good day). My job does not pay overtime, but does allow me comp time to have long weekends. I get paid for, and sometimes give away my home repair abilities.
Music: a mix of rock, country, pop and instrumental. My son is aggravated when I like a tune he has on the MP3 player. I appreciate dynamic music to accompany work or driving. Piano, violin, rock and roll and country....

First date would work well with coffee, of your choice of beverage. I appreciate a beer, or wine, but I do not drink and drive.
Second date, dinner, movie is always a standby.
Third date, how about an outdoor activity depending upon the weather, short hike at local state trail depending upon comfort level. I have hiked with a social hiking club on multiple levels.
