I've been single for a long time - almost 5 yrs. I'm hoping to find that person that makes me want to NOT be single! I want to find someone to spend time with, to become best friends with... and eventually to fall in love with.

The kind of person I'm looking for is honest, hard working, has a good sense of humour, and is accomplished in his career. I find confidence attractive, arrogance unattractive. The man I'm looking for is versatile, intelligent and loves to watch the Canucks ;) He is positive of mind, emotionally available, and easy going.

I have a great career and I love going to work. I make enough to pay all my bills, make my mortgage payment, and do the things I want to do, and I'm looking for someone in the same situation. I'd like to travel more in the future. I'm honest, sweet, giving, faithful, and intelligent. I stand up for myself but I'm fair and am a good listener. I like to be healthy, but I don't think I'll ever be thin. I'm happy with myself, inside AND outside, and I prefer my life to be non-dramatic. My kids are 18 and 15, and I get along with my ex.

I'm not a big outdoor person. I would like a hike, a day fishing, or getting out for tennis or a run, but if you spend most of your spare time camping or quading or are looking for a woman that likes to get all muddy.... well, I'm not what you're looking for. Though I don't consider myself a girly girl, I'm also not the mack jacket/dirt biker type.
