I'm looking for someone with whom I can be friends. To me, that's the most important part; It's the part that makes everything else fall into place.

I like to strike a balance between getting out and staying in. I'm very happy to curl up on the couch and watch "Psych," "Burn Notice," or a decent rented movie. I also love going out to dinner and a movie. I'm into riding my motorcycle up to the mountains, or hiking a semi-challenging trail. I'm a sucker for a Guiness in an Irish bar (I'm an Irish boy from Boston), but I also like choosing something random at the Yard House. I love traveling whenever possible, particularly internationally.

I'm pretty traditional as far as a first date goes. There has to be a dinner involved. I really think a dining situation is the most comfortable way to spend the first couple of hours of a potential relationship.
