Hello! Thanks for reading my profile. I'll try to describe myself in a way that paints an accurate picture of who I am.

I'm a happy, warm-hearted, enthusiastic, attractive, intelligent lady who's been divorced for several years and would like to find someone special (or special to ME) to enjoy life with. I have friends that I love, and find meaning and pleasure in volunteer and church activities -- just wish I could do more!

At times, the "outdoor girl" in me comes out to play, and other times I'm happy to relax while watching a good movie. Since I make my living in a corporate environment, I like to refuel by working with my hands -- even if that's just gardening, mowing the lawn, painting, or some other simple home project to which my minimal handy-"man" skills lends itself. I love animals (especially dogs and horses), and even enjoy mucking out the stalls.

Some of my favorite places are Assateague Island for camping (RV) on the beach with the wild ponies in the summer, and Manhattan any other time of year for the sights and sounds and the Broadway shows. There's just something about that city -- it has a heartbeat of its own.

I enjoy a friendly round of golf, can bat around a few tennis balls, and think it would be cool to someday learn to play the guitar or take ballroom dance lessons. I adore music and singing. I've been known to blow-out stereo speakers in my vehicles.

I am hoping to meet a warm-hearted and attractive (to me) man whose smile reaches his eyes. Someone who shares my faith and some of my interests, and is looking for someone to share his with as well. Bonus points to those who are kind to animals and those less fortunate.

Keep it light. Maybe meet for a drink, a walk, touring a museum. That first meeting can be awkward, so I think it's important to take the pressure off by not planning for more than an hour or so. If we hit it off, we can make plans for more time together later, right?
