I treasure my friends - who live all over the world, and love nothing more than cooking up a storm for them. The more the merrier.

I have kids and love them fiercely, but I started young on that front and they are pushing off on their own these days, leaving me with more time to consider my own next steps.

Definately time to invite the right someone into my life.

I have a great career that keeps me growing and challenged and seeing the world. Every now and then though, I consider dropping out for a while to roll up my sleeves and take a chunk out of a Medicines Sans Frontier type of experience. I speak some French and have moved around quite a bit, having lived in Winnipeg, Montreal, Amsterdam, and now Toronto. Had my mind blown during a stay in Cameroon several years ago. Have never quite seen things the same way since.

Love a laugh, an adventure, a quiet read on the couch, African music and dance, in fact any kind of dance - just about. I love meeting new people, discovering new cities, checking out films (like the foreign ones best), stretching out my limbs in a good ashtanga class, riding my bike in summer, cooking, eating, a great bottle of wine...

And I especially love to adore and be adored. I'm ready for that.
