I really enjoy keeping active, getting out and doing something fun, from bungee-jumping, to playing pool to zip-lining, however occasionally it is nice to just take a lazy day to myself as well and just staying in, curling up in a comfy ball, watching some tv, reading a good book, watching a great comedy or horror flick or playing some video games. And there is nothing better than a companion to cuddle up next to for one of these lazy days.

I am a former arts student and enjoy all forms of art from poetry, to sculptures to painting. I am not much of an artist myself, but have been known to occasionally dabble in poetry writing.

Making people laugh is a personal goal and I will do anything to get that laugh out of someone, and I have no shame so I will normally do something embarrassing! I have a great sense of humor, I am very patient, caring and fun-loving. I value mutual respect, and I really value family. I also enjoy laughing at and appreciating the little things in life.

I love all music ranging from The Beatles, to Aerosmith to Motley Crew to Ludacris to Johnny Cash. I love live music and am always up for going out to see a local musician. I can't sing or hold a tune but will go karaoking just to be able to laugh at myself and will catch myself singing along to the radio more often than not.

I have 4 pets (a bearded dragon, a cat, and 2 dogs) and absolutely love all animals!

I enjoy going out to restaurants and trying different foods, I will try anything once and absolutely love spicy foods! I like cooking, although it isn't everyday that I get in the kitchen, but when i do get in there it is hard to get me out.

I also volunteer with a youth group on a weekly to by-weekly basis. I am always up for a new experience, like this summer was the first time I went bungee jumping and zip-lining.

I have a real diverse heritage that includes Scottish, Canadian, American and Mexican and my personal history is just as diverse. I have lived in Virginia, Connecticut, Montreal, Texas and Ottawa and have travelled to many more places in North America and I have had jobs as Mascot, Bowling Technician, rock climbing instructor to banking.

I am looking for someone who shares most of the same qualities, someone who is open and can carry a conversation. And they also need to enjoy laughing. I am really looking for some form of relationship but I am certainly not against making some great friends along the way!

As for some of my flaws, I over-use the word awesome, I have head full of useless information, and I hate writing about myself and never know what to write so I tend to ramble. And after reading my life story, I am sure you can find a few more, lol!

a first date is all about getting to know each other, so i enjoy a conversation over a coffee, a walk through a museum, trying to one up each other with embarrassing stories, or whatever comes up!
