Thanks for reading a bit about me.
I have a unique, dry, quick witted sense of humor and a good observational eye.
I love it when you get my jokes and sometimes bad puns.
That being said, I love women who are smart and funny! Not funny like a clown either..
Depending on what facial hair (if any) is on my face, I can have a few different looks but tend to be clean shaven most of the time.
My smile is genuine, so when I smile I mean it.
My musical interests include film scores, Rush, metal, classical, Irish and many things in between but basically no rap.
When I rent a car and it has XM radio, my typical preset plug ins are the Boneyard, Classic Vinyl, Classic Rewind, the 40's, and sometimes a news station.
I love going to the beach, and am content to be on the beach all day. I do not need to always be doing something. In the past I have brought my dog with me and it was a blast being on this dog beach all day.
Not really into sports at all except I do like college football; specifically Big Ten football. I have been known to go to a Braves game but I only tend to go for the crowd experience.
I just came back from a trip to El Salvador where I hiked an active volcano, zip lined through a coffee plantation, and visited some of the small towns in the mountains.
I love sampling the local beer where ever I go also.
I would like to get back into hiking and kayaking and have done many of the trails in N GA. My hound also seems to like canoeing on the river as well with me.

TV- I love my HD DVR! I rarely watch anything "live" anymore. I despise reality shows of just about every type. I watch National Geographic, Discovery, the History channel, the Military channel, Adult Swim.

Peeves:
Hate it when there is a pull handle on a door that needs to be pushed
Open mouthed chewers;food,gum

Things I would like to yet do and places I would like to go:
Stay in the haunted room in a haunted B&B or hotel
Iceland
Take a Scotch distillery tour in Scotland
Greece
Ukraine
Hang glide
Brazil
Get up close with some wild gorillas




I actually have more to write so this will be a work in progress

First date is something where we can talk a bit. It might be a drink outside but no matter where I am I love people watching. Especially people that seem to be on first dates....
