Well, come to a point in my life where it is time for me. I've had custody of my two daughters from the ages of 10 and 11. My youngest, now 20, still lives with me when not attending college, and my other daughter, much to my chagrin, moved back with her mom when she was 16. Also have a 24 year old son that is autistic and lives in a group home.

To quote from a Father's Day card that my son gave me years ago, and i still have that card on display. "The real heroes of the world are the men who take time to make a difference in the life of a child." Well, to my son, i might be his hero, but in reality, he is mine. He has taught me not to take things for granted, what true compassion is, to be patient and tolerant and whatever obstacles life puts in front of you, they can be overcome. Been on and off here too many times. Would be nice for a change to find someone that would leave all their dating sites. I'm completely housebroken. No training needed, well, maybe a little. I clean, wash and dry dishes, can take the garbage out, does laundry, (hopefully we fold clothes the same way), knows how to use an iron, can sew a button if i have to, and as a bonus, i leave the seat down. I find the kitchen to be my place to relax. Love to cook, just need someone to cook for and to light the candles for. Have a great pasta and seafood recipe i am just waiting to try, just need you to cook it for !!!!!
