I like to do stuff. You know, like doing things. With People. at places. with some entertainment. I really don't care who I'm with or where it's at or what I'm doing as long as I spend a lot of time laughing.
I have my usual haunts and hobbies, but love being exposed to new and exciting things. I have learned a few dislikes however. I don't like going to the beach during the day. I'm Irish and turn into a tomato when exposed to the sun. I don't like "clubs" but I love a good bar.
I'm a really big nerd and love all things geek. I am however, a social geek and am able to indulge in a lot of behaviors most geeks can't. I'm an uninhibited nerd girl.
I listen to almost every type of music, but there are some types of music that should just simply not be considered music, like half of the songs Tool has produced. Also, 15 minutes of random sound effects (Trance, Techno, weird Indie Bjork wannabe bands) does not constitute a song unless you and your audience are on some heavy drugs. Also, chick rock is awesome.
I enjoy smart people, romance, affection, sarcasm, goofy senses of humor, and adventure.

I like meeting for coffee. This is a win-win-win situation. Allow me to explain: 1.) I LOVE coffee and anyone who loves coffee as much as I do would think this would be an awesome way to spend their time. 2.)It's quiet and you can talk and get to know each other. This is in contrast to going to a movie or some type of club/loud bar which just ends up in two people not absorbing any information about each other whatsoever. 3.) If the date really sucks, then you can bail after the coffee. If it doesn't suck, you can come up with something else to do afterwards - like go for a walk. Or make out.
