I am an ambitious person with lofty goals in all areas of my life. I am a romantic, but not too mushy. I like doing fun things outdoors, playing sports, biking, camping, as well as I like the finer things in life, travel, regular vacations, good food, good friends, and living well. I feel that I balance myself well but want to find someone that wants my attention, not someone I have to fight to get attention from. I want to find a companion that enjoys having a good time together but has a life of their own as well, but communication is huge for me, she must always be willing to talk about anything and everything, good conversation is a must.

I am divorced but no kids and I would very much like to find that special someone that is ready to settle down and build a family. I am family oriented and good with kids, previous step parent, Martial Arts instructor, Baseball / Football Coach. I am ready for this kind of relationship and to have at least one child, but I am willing to take time. No rush, just want to make sure that the end goal is the same.

First dates can always be so much fun if you have things in common. I would prefer to be somewhere that you can talk quite a bit, maybe start with drinks, then dinner, and a coffee shop afterwards or somewhere you can talk to the wee hours of the morning. That's when I know I have had a great first date.
