I was born in Tucker, GA and spent my formative years in Alpharetta, GA. I moved to Seattle 9 years ago, which was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I may have been born in the South but heart belongs to the Pacific Northwest. I love it here. Where else can you be in a rain forest, in the mountains, at the beach, and in the desert all within the span of a couple hours?

I'm an introvert and extremely analytical to a flaw. I over-analyze my words and my actions to the point that I come across as stand-offish and distant. I don't mean to be though. Once I start feeling comfortable with people (or have a few drinks), I tend to open up more. I'm still an introvert though so don't expect me to go streaking through the quad to the gymnasium.

I love music. It defines my world. I like pretty much anything that sounds good but I'm partial to rock/alternative. I also love to hike - mountains, in particular. There's nothing like conquering a mountain. It's definitely a high. I would love to find someone who could hang with me.

Right now I'm back in school, part time, working on my Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies. I'm a People for Puget Sound - Snohomish Sound Steward volunteer and that really gave me the green bug. I love nature and I want to do my part to protect it.
