I don't really believe that you can write enough here to give someone a true picture of who you are. Getting to know each other face to face is the only real way to do that. That being said, here are some things about myself;

My friends would describe me as compasionate, funny, caring and generous. I have been told that I am extremely giving and have a huge sense of responsibility. I am an east coast girl. Grew up on "the rock" and am proud of the values that I have because of that.

I have a 8 year old son or is that an 8 year old hockey player? Either way he is my pride and joy. Go WILDCATS!!! I would welcome more children into my life.

I generally wear my heart on my sleeve. To know me a little is to know me alot. I don't believe in pretending to be someone I am not. I am who I am and I think that is pretty darn good. :-)

I appreciate the ability to communicate freely and the willingness to compromise and accept differences. My partner must be someone who accepts me for who I am and not want to change the things that make me me. It is what I will give as well. I believe it is our differences that make us special and what will add some excitement to a relationship.

I like to have fun and just let the stresses and seriousness of life go at times and enjoy myself. I have a quirky sense of humor and am not easily offended . I enjoy hanging out with friends, backyard BBQ's, camping, going to movies, concerts, out to dinner or just sitting back and relaxing with the right person as company.

I enjoy going out occasionally to listen to music, a band and to dance a little. If you are not into that it is ok, I can get my fix with an occasional girls night out.

When I am on my own I like to relax with a nice glass of wine and a good book. I currently have a fixation on anything with sexy Vampires...

I like to travel although have not done nearly as much as I would like. There is a big world out there and I would love to have someone who would like to see some of it with me.

I'd just like to add...
I don't play sports, never really got into it but enjoy watching others play and would be your biggest fan. I am not lazy just not sports minded enough to be good at anything so I do not play. My change in life status has caused me to fall off the work out wagon but would enjoy getting back into it with a partner.

A first date for me is an apportunity to get to know each other a little more and to find out if there is the possibility of a connection that we would like to explore further. This could be done over coffee, a drink or just a walk together.

My ideal date is not described by what we would do , it depends on who I am with. It is the who that is most important, not really the what.

The features that capture my attention the most are the eyes and smile, I do not know why but it is something that I notice and remember. After a first meeting I may not be able to remember what you were wearing but I will remember your eyes and smile.
