I love watching TV/DVDs (PBS Mysteries, History Detectives, action movies, murder mysteries, but I don't like comedies or love stories).

I'm studying to for a career (& hopefully, a life) change. Moving forward is important to me. Unless you are truly happy & successful. Successful to me is being able to support your 'habits' (alcohol, smoking, scuba-diving, competitive sports, etc.) & take care of your household AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE SAME PAY. If you can't, then it's time to make a change.

What makes me different is my commitment to my family & friends. When I love you, I give to you (but I won't let you use/abuse me)& try to help you improve your lot in life. Until I realize you don't want to change or improve your life. Then I will love you where you're at, but won't waste time trying to help you move forward.

I LOVE MUSIC!! Anything that makes me think or feel deeply. Favorites are (brace yourself): Ludacris, Nickelback, Sugarland, Prince, Michael Jackson, Busta Rhymes, Fallout Boy, Whitney Houston, Luther Vandross, Tim McGraw, Nelly, Fred Hammond, Bishop TD Jakes, Cross Movement, Da Truth, & so many more. No, I'm not schizo, I just love to hear great music regarding of the genre!

I'm open to suggestions for a first date. I haven't had too many, but I do know that I don't want to just sit & watch a movie or TV show. Let's discuss it!
