Hello!
First I want to say thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Now for the hard part...trying to sell myself! I was born and raised here in Colorado. I have lived here almost all my life, with a couple of short stints in Kansas and Wyoming. My roots go back to when Colorado was being homesteaded, both sides of my family were here back then. Riding horses and roping cattle were part of my young life. Raised Quarter horses and enjoy riding whenever I can. I have a great job in the state system now and I have the priviledge of being around some truely gifted people in my co-workers. I have 2 great kids that God has blessed me with. They are everything that is good in me.I think I have a pretty good sense of humor, I seem to crack myself up all the time. My friends tell me I keep them smiling. Laughter and humor is a must. I am honest and trustworthy, everything else like kind and courteous, brave, reverant and so on just kinda fall into place in a guys life when he has and practices those two traits in every aspect of his life. I am my own worst critic and wont allow anyone to push me harder then I push myself. As I am gettin a tad older I am learning not to be so hard on myself and to take life not so seriously.
I have become friends with myself, now I would like to find my best friend.

My faults; I fall too easy, give of my heart too freely and forgive way too quickly. I have no ill feelings towards love and everything that goes with it, including the pain of losing it. I would never want to regret not giving or experiencing love. Do you really think these are faults? You tell me!

I like sports but am not a fanatic. I like baseball and hockey. I like to hunt and fish and camp. Would like to jump on a horse some day and just see how far I could pack into a wilderness area on horseback. Oh yeah! I really love dogs! Had to throw that in here and its kinda in the wrong place,I know , but know what?...it's my profile so I can do that ! I dont ski but do snowshoe.I like all kinds of music except rap, unless its like Jeff Foxworthy rapping with Larry the Cable Guy. I have alot more interests and things I enjoy doing, just way to many to list here and even if I did, then there would be nothing to learn about me would there?
Finally, Just be real! The one question that always comes up is"what are you looking for?" I feel so many ppl are out there looking for the one "perfect" match that they have become way to over analytical of others. If you are a decent person and try to live life the best you can without alot of deception and you can be true to yourself and what you believe in above all else, then chances are better then average that we will get along. I am not perfect and neither is anyone else, well one guy was pretty darn close to perfect but his own people nailed him to a cross two thousand years ago! I'm not looking for perfection, just someone who in time could be right for me.
So there it is in a kinda big nutshell. I am sure I will be adding to it periodically, kinda just see what happens with it the way it is?....probably be erasing it and starting over!!! Thanks again for stopping and taking a look and best of luck in finding what you are looking for!
