So you might be wondering... why Shnookums Babushka?

Well, it's quite simple really..... I just happen to find that name sweet and unique.

I have an affinity for kids and animals, and the current love of my life just so happens to by my nephew Brandon. Note to my future mate: Always understand that you will be second compared to him. Don't get jealous though, because I will still be kissing you long after he rejects my sloppy uncle kisses (he's got about two years left). He's already showing signs of dissatisfaction in our relationship and the desire to move on to greener pastures. One example is when he wiped his face after I planted some kisses on him and he immediately shouted out "Yucky uncle! Don't tiss me! You tiss me too much!!" I guess not all relationships last forever. And so this is why you now find me here, in an attempt to seek out the new love of my life. One who will accept all my sloppy kisses - and trust me, there are many!

For now, I have two jobs and a nephew who isn't all that bored of me yet to keep me company. But I must admit, I have amazing foresight and so I like to plan ahead. Don't worry, I am not a workaholic and I am not in a financial crisis. I just happen to really like what I do because it brings me satisfaction and feelings of accomplishment. This does not mean that I don't have a social life.....

In fact! I do a lot of things outside work that involve people. I run charity events that raise money for impoverished Asian countries - and no, I am not just saying this to impress you or make myself sound good. I am very serious about this so please don't get me wrong. I like to do what I can to help those who are less fortunate than me.

Other than that, I have many interests and hobbies to keep me busy and preoccupied such as traveling, cooking, wine tasting, soccer, chess, poker, bowling, and volleyball. There's a lot more but if I list them all, you will be at your computer for hours.

My most recent project is learning about the constellations. I love my telescope Gigi - she helps me observe the wonders in the sky. If you are nice enough, I just might take you over to my condo one day to see all the spectacular views from my balcony. Just imagine: beautiful constellations, a home-cooked meal from me, and a nice sloppy kiss at the end of the night - now doesn't that make you want to run?? I totally understand if you do.


P.S. I don't have any pets at the moment.

Start off slow... you can be the creative one but some girls like it when the guys plan the date, so if you don't have any ideas, just let me know. I can be extremely creative when I want to be....
