Hi, I’m Adam. I’m originally from the Lake George area of upstate New York. I graduated from St. Lawrence University, a small liberal arts school also upstate, in the Spring of 2007 with a degree in economics. After graduation and through this July, I worked as a legal assistant in the litigation department of a large midtown corporate law firm. I’m currently taking some time off from work to study for the LSAT exam in December ( I plan to go to law school fall of 2010) and I’ve been trying to get out as much as possible and explore the city and meet new people. Hence the profile here.

I’m going to try to avoid any broad, sweeping generalizations about myself, but I consider myself a pretty normal, well rounded guy. I’ve always gone out often and drank pretty frequently but I’ve never let it get in the way of my studies or my career. Work hard, play hard I guess. I live on the Upper East Side, not too far from Hunter College with three roommates who are all good guys and have a similar mindset.

I’m a big hockey fan. I watch often and play in a men’s league weekly. New Jersey is my team but I follow the Rangers too. I like to get outdoors as often as possible. I grew up in the foothills of the Adirondacks and am used to woods and lakes and hiking and camping and all that, but I guess for now I have to settle on Central Park, which is only a few blocks from my apartment. Would like to go there more often, but I’m trying to limit the romantic man date strolls with my roommates.

As far as music goes, I’m pretty open-minded and willing to listen to different things but I’m mostly a classic rock, 80’s rock, and alternative rock kind of guy. Favorite bands include zeppelin, talking heads, , sting and the police (not new sting), chili peppers, and nirvana from time to time. Some rap too here and there, mostly older stuff.
