Hi! These things are such a challenge, looking for the right amount of 'edge' to sell yourself but not appear too arrogant or self-depreciative! Anyways, here goes:

I'm a 29 year old teacher who lives in the Hornchurch/Romford area. I have had some varied jobs in my past, including running a roller coaster in America (I don't actually like roller coasters though)! I have finally found a job that gives me the right mix of challenge and reward. I currently teach 4 and 5 year olds who never cease to amaze me with their enthusiasm for all things Lego and mucky, and their interesting questions ("Miss, when girls have a poo do they have to wee at the same time?" was a recent favourite).

I love watching football, going to the pub and generally being out and busy, and I am generally willing to try most things....except chucking myself out of planes and pretty much anything with involves looking at, touching or smelling fish! I can be impatient (if I want something, I don't see the point of waiting) and I am fairly organised and planned (hey I'm a teacher, I work best with timetables)!

I am an avid reader and tend to read and listen to music rather than watch tv. I have a quick-witted sense of humour and probably use sarcasm and sardonicism much more than I should!

Music wise, anything goes from rock/indie to classical and 50s/60s, although I am yet to find the allure of dance music or rap (I do like Dizzee Rascal though)! I enjoy going to concerts and shows, having seen Counting Crows, Kings of Leon, Stereophonics, New Kids on the Block, We Will Rock You and Michael McIntyre recently!

A great first date would stay clear of the cinema and definitely avoid bowling at any cost! Some drinks, good conversation and plenty of laughs.
