Let's see....I love music and I play guitar(though not very good). I listen to anything ranging from classical and jazz fusion to hard rock and metal. I try to practice mindfulness when I get the chance (form of meditation) and think it's very important to be living in the moment and to cultivate awareness. I tend to find humor in almost anything as well (love adult swim). I was originally a film major in college, so I'm a pretty big film buff especially horror films. I'm not really in love with the current day "action" genre that Hollywood has dumped on us such as "Transformers". I'd rather watch a film that actually contains plots and character development. I'm very health conscious and am interested in nutrition. Did I mention that I love to shop at Whole Foods? Oh...and I'm a huge Yankee fan and a New York Ranger fan.

I'm currently enrolled in a medical management program to be certified as a medical coder. Therefore, my career is very important to me as well. I'm really not picky at all. I'm basically looking to meet someone that has a great sense of humor, is very open minded, mature, and serious about their goals in life...someone who is honest, and can communicate with me on all levels. I'd prefer to meet someone who is not a HUGE drinker.

Hmmm...first date. Meeting up for drinks is always a good first date since you have a chance to talk to each other and not have to worry about stuffing food in your mouth. Then again, you can always do something more spontaneous and exciting such as white water rafting (weather pending). However, I feel the best first date is any situation where two people can actually talk.
