I am a program coordinator for a day program for developmentally disabled adults, and have been doing it for 11 years. I use to be a band/music teacher and use to play in a country-rock band in Montana. I've played around Sonoma county, here and there, but I'm not famous....so, chances are, you haven't seen or heared me yet! LOL!!
I write and compose music in all genres...i've been doing mainly country tunes, sing and play for "open mics" when possible.
I'm laid back, smart, and I try to be funny! I'm a good communicator! Talk to me!

I like my truck and I enjoy going for drives, especially out to the coast. I like to do things! I love lakes, rivers, creeks......"water" is good!
I enjoy holding hands, cuddling, fireplaces, campfires, wine, good food, long and short kisses and public displays of affection within reason! LOL!!

Health wise, I'm in good shape. I walk for exercise. I go to a track (cause i use to be a track & field star in high school, LOL!! No brag, just fact!) and I can do a mile in 14:47.00...now that's clipping along..you try that!! LOL!! I do have RA, rhuematoid arthritis...had it for 22 years, but it doesn't stop me from doing most things, I'm on great meds!!! Ask me questions about this, I will gladly explain.

Well, I'm unique cause you can get a "Sam Elliot" type guy who is intellectual, caring, great listener, sings, expresses feelings, cares about yours, determined, nice guy, great guy, a cut above your "average joe", cooperative, non-controlling, open-minded, easy-going, street smart, passionate, great kisser (cause of playing trombone, brass players do it better!LOL!), and, well.....this is just too much information for you....you'll need to decide on your own, anyway! Right?

Let's face it....I look like a very likeable guy.....I'm honest, too! Geez..Bingo!

First date is a very cool thing! It would be a nice affair, wine, coffee, tea. Good conversation, of course. She would definitely have a say in the matter...and requests are welcome, but the basics are there! Then, we'll know where to go from there! Maybe a second date, a third, a fourth.....oh, guess i better stop this nonsense! LOL!
