Ok, so I'm young but I've been jaded in the past and I'm looking for someone to prove to me that guys really are gentlemen.
I love to travel and my utlimate goal in life is to travel the world (as well as be totally happy)! I'm adventurous, spontanous, and love leaving the gps at home and going on little road trips with no destination. Someone who shares those quatilies is a must!
I'm searching for someone that is extremely loving, family oriented, intelligent, has healthy hobbies, and has a good idea of what he wants out of life. Someone who will lay in bed all day and watch random movies one day and then go walking through the woods and watch the sunset over lake michigan the next. Someone who likes my curves and realizes that I'm not going to order a salad every time we go out to eat. Someone who looks past my flaws and appriciates my imperfections. I want someone who's real. A killer smile and gorgeous eyes wouldn't hurt either .
Someone who is a gentlemen is very important to me as well. I'm a little old fashioned when it comes to dating and really appriciate having the door held open for me and other little acts of kindess. Something like a single flower or a hand written note makes my heart melt. And I love treating my men to cute little surprises too! For me, a little goes a long way. I also believe that men should usually be the first to call and make advances in the relationship.
I love to hang out with my girlfriends so a guy that has a great set of friends would be great! Someone who would like to make a day out of drinking beer with the guys and watching the game is my kind of man.
I'd love to have a shared set of hobbies with my guy but I think it's important for someone to have their own interests. And for reference, I know nothing about hunting, football, cars, and the other basic male interests I'm pretty independent and somedays I like to just curl up with a book or watch some tv alone and would like someone that understands that. While I like to be alone once in a while, I love random texts during the day to know that my man is still thinking about me.
I love to laugh and smile and someone with a sense of humor is incredibly attractive. I want someone who I can have fun with and I can connect with on many different levels. One of my pet peeves is people that constantly answer with just one word so someone who I can have a good conversation with is a must.
I'm looking for someone who is straight forward and doesn't play with people's emotions and is just kind and loving.

Hmm. I think talking over dinner would be a good date. Maybe after that going to the movies or just going for a walk after. The people on the date will make or break it, not the date itself.
