One-of-a-kind woman, I don't fit any stereotype....educated, friendly, a goofy sense of humor, enjoying life and laughter. I have a positive outlook on life, grounded in my spiritual beliefs, and can hold my own in most conversations. I'm a very open and down-to-earth person, it really doesn't occur to me to be any other way.

I have a wide variety of interests, both active and passive (see list)...if I don't know how to do something I'm usually game to try it - just ask me. I like a variety of music and especially enjoy listening to live bands and dancing. I've done a good bit of traveling and plan to do more; I like experiencing new places and cultures and learning more about different areas (domestic and abroad). I've been as far as India and as close as my own backyard; it's fun to play tourist in your own hometown, I always learn something new.

Family and friends are very important to me, and I work to keep those ties close and strong. I have 2 teenage daughters, one in high school and the other in college; my extended family still live down South where I was born and raised, so I make a trip there a couple of times a year to visit and they visit here as well. I enjoy entertaining, going out and staying in with my family and friends...and YOU. ;)

I'm flexible when it comes to first dates: A walk in a park, lunch, coffee or drinks, etc. More important to me is who I'm with, not so much where we meet, although I prefer something unpressured and casual where we can talk and see if we click.

I'm interested in a man who has a good sense of humor and obviously enjoys life. Your energy, confidence, compassion, passion, and ability to share a laugh are very attractive and sexy. Your ability to be silly and act like a kid at times, to be playful, makes me laugh and brings out the kid in me as well; life shouldn't be all serious!

I'd like a 'real' man: A gentleman, active, financially stable, respectful, preferably spiritual, and well-grounded, but with a touch of devilishness. I am a loving and passionate woman, and want someone who can match me in that regard; someone as crazy about me as I am about him. I am a very loyal and faithful person in a committed relationship, and it is important to me that my partner be able to do the same. I certainly don't expect to start there, and I'm not desperate or in any rush, but I prefer a single steady partner and ultimately I'm interested in a long-term relationship.
