Fun facts about me:

I'd rather go to an opera than a Mavs game (sorry, Mr. Cuban). I've worked as a professional seamstress. I like eating almost anything, but I'm picky about seafood and coffee. I love it, but only if it's -really- good. I hate mediocre coffee and seafood. I was once robbed by masked bandits while camping in the wilderness. I've never played Bridge. My second-favorite pizza restaurant of all time is the Tomato in Denton, TX. It used to be called the Flying Tomato, and it used to be on Fry Street. Since both of those things have changed, I'm not sure if it's still my second-favorite of all time. I'm pretty good at grilling steaks. I travel a lot. I don't have any tattoos - I have something better. One of my very favorite beers is the Duchesse du Bourgogne from the Verhaeghe brewery in Belgium, though it's pretty hard to find. Are you still reading this? I've never used drugs (*gasp*). I have a law firm on retainer. I think Crossfit is cool. I won the attention of my first girlfriend by arguing math with her physics teacher. I'm a nerd.

You're genuinely interested in people, and in understanding how they think and feel. You're an excellent communicator, articulate and clever. See, it's not that I have anything against the whole dinner-and-a-movie thing, but that's just not what first dates are for. The idea is to have some fun and find out if we click. So maybe it's paddling a kayak around a lake, or a dance lesson, or making herbal soap, or going fishing, or the shooting range, or the museum, or all of the above.
