I like to go snowmobiling, boating, golf,anything with my kids(except for bungy jumping and sky diving). Playing darts with friends.Always open for new adventures and experiences,if nothing else, to expand my knowledge. Would like to learn more about horses. I just find them to be interesting animals.
My goals at this point in life is staying healthy mentally and physically, so that I can enjoy watching my young ladies continue on their own personal life journeys.
Now that they are entering and going to university, I have a lot of 'empty' time and would like to share it with someone else.
I'm sort of quiet, but at the same time can be the centre of attention. Like to sit bacck and observe, will lead if I have too and if nobody else wants to.I guess you could call that being democratic? Not that I have any political affiliation.
What makes me unique, is my patience, ability to see both sides of a story, and my sense of humour, even during adversity.
I believe you need to date someone and see if there is that connection, able to communicate openly. After all, communication is the key to getting to know and understand someone as they would hopefully like to know and understand me.When the dating thing is connecting, then we could go into the next stage which hopefully be long term. On my first date, I would be open for ideas, would probably keep it simple, maybe go ice skating, and no...I wouldn't take you to a party with a bunch of people you didn't know. I'm sure there would be something simple that would stand out to make the moment memorable.It's the simple things in life!
