I have been widowed for seven and a half years. I am independent, not afraid of hard work. Being with my family and friends is very important to me. Spending the holidays together, the more the merrier. I enjoy playing cards and such. Playing pool is a favorite of mine. I like to cook and trying new tastes. I enjoy doing my own yard work, mowing trimming and anything that puts me outdoors. I love to go dancing to the oldies. I love to be at home, but also love to dress up and go on the town. I'd like to meet someone that isn't afraid to show their feelings, is open and honest and just enjoys being together, willing to treat me the way they themselves would like to be treated. An all around nice guy.

I think meeting for coffee or lunch at a mutual place, for a daytime date. But maybe dinner and dancing for an evening outing. Then a stop for coffee and dessert.
