I really have many interests but right now I am here to possibly meet my future mate, I would like to find "the one". I think we all probably thought at one time or another we had found that and then it went away or we did. I truely feel that happened to allow the perfect person to come into our lives. I am happy to share all of my hobbies and goals but I would rather just say why I am here.To meet a woman who has some of the qualities and interests which I long for and also have myself...true love, peace, romance, honesty, passion ect. I "will not" settle for less again in my life. I truely believe that the chief cause of failure and unhappiness is taking what you want "now" for what you want "most". I love my kids, family, and friends too, I also enjoy my job, all of these things are great but there is something lacking and I do not want to go to bars to find it, I love to go out, please don't ge me wrong, I can hang with the best of them, but that is not where my real interests lie. If you have read this far I really appreciate your interest in what I have to say. A good friend talked me into trying this out to hopefully meet someone right for me because that is how she met someone after she found herself alone after many years of marriage. A first date for me would hopefully be simple and stress free, I think the environment is key. Talking has never been a problem for me but also like to listen to what my date has to say, sharing stories and interest. Movies and loud bars really aren't such a good place for a first date because there are too many distractions it seems. Food is always good because it allows two people to learn about what eachother likes to eat, and a quiet low key bar might lso be nice too, hey a couple drinks can loosen up some of those awkward feelings or just help to relax a little. I perfer zero drama and great conversaton with a mature woman. I am a man who knows what he likes and although looks and physical attraction is very important, so is personality and style, so we should always do our best to show respect to eachother from the very start. I think that is what really makes things workout for any future dates. I also love kissing and romance but do not expect that on a first date, but hey, I am pretty open minded and would want to know if my date was attracted to me...wouldn't you. Lets just have fun. :-)))
