Well...where to begin...guess I'll start with the present. Life has been a little hectic lately, but I'm forcing it to calm down! I currently work full time in the healthcare field, part time in retail, and attend college to finish up my education which will hopefully end with a Masters degree in Rehab. services. That being said, I have come very far in who I am and am secure with that direction, which is more than I can say for many people! I am trying to get into more active activities, however this is difficult when I don't know where to start! I love the outdoors when the weather is nice. I did take up fishing this summer and even baited my own hook! I can be quite the girly girl so this was a bit of a feat for me :). I, like everyone else, like to have fun, and am pretty easy to please. I tend to find enjoyment in the simplest things in life, which is a quality I love about myself. Hmmm...I like cars a lot except know nothing about them except if the look good or not, lol.

I'm really ready to get out there and have a little fun. I semi-recently ended a relationship and am not really sure what I'm looking for in that area. Take things one step at a time I suppose.

I love music and will be completely cliche when I say that there's probably a little of everything out there that I can relate to. I love when a song says exactly what you want to say but the song says it sooo much better...there are times when I kinda live my life through music, but in a good way. I don't get into much metal or hard rap music, but I think that's about it on my 'no' list. Right now my CDs in my car are Halestorm, Ingram Hill, Papa Roach, Avenged Sevenfold, Marc Broussard, and Shinedown. I tend to listen to more alternative/rockish in the CD player (although Ingram Hill and Broussard are far from rock) and regular poppish or whatever is popular at the moment on the radio.

I don't read as much as I used to back in the day but I sometimes get to read the latest hits such as the Twilight series, Dan Brown...etc. My favorite book seriously is Jemima J, which has nothing to offer except for the humor. I've read it like 3 times and probably will again.

In terms of movies...I will sit down and watch them but I don't always remember what they're about. Some of my favs are PS I Love You (total chick flick), White Oleander, Moulin Rouge (can't help it)...ummm, I love boxing, mixed martial arts, street fighting so movies like Fight Club, Million Dollar Baby, Never Back Down, Fighting (more for Channing Tatum on that one...) are all great movies. For some reason really into the fights...live or on movies. Alpha Dog was great too...umm, Bolt the new Disney movie was hilarious! I don't watch too much television...but when I do its usually reruns of something that is over a year old...but I do love Intervention, House, One Tree Hill (again, can't help it), and some reality TV stuff.

I try to kid myself into believing that I'm a laid back person (and a lot of times I have myself and others fooled, lol) but the truth is I think I'm kind of a planner and like to have control of my surroundings...therefore someone who can bring some spontainety and "craziness" (but in a good way!) would be great! I am a pretty honest person, and pride myself on that fact. I am completely loyal to those I care about and would try to do anything for them with the exception of being a doormat. That being said, I am a pretty strong willed person. And a huge procrastinator, which bites me in the butt at times, but I always manage to get things done in the nic of time!
