I love the outdoors, camping, boating, fishing, woodworking, remodeling (I design and build kitchens, baths, basements) and cooking. I LOVE muscle cars, sports cars and racing. I read a LOT! (3 or more books a week).Love live music. I enjoy animals (currently have none) and am VERY family oriented. I am the oldest of seven kids. I have 5 brothers and one sister. I own a large RV and a camper, and really enjoy travel to different places! I volunteer for Habitat in different places around the country as a member of their RV Care a Vanner program. Am VERY good at disaster restoration. LOVE Florida and the Keys, Colorado and the west. I'm off every winter and am free to travel. Let's GO!!!! (This means YOU!)

I've raced sportscars, worked on pit crews, taken flying lessons, crash tested cars, explored for oil, shot pics for newspapers, sold real estate, built and rehabbed houses, fished a few oceans, and there's still so much to be done!!

Over the years I've had several interesting careers, and never get tired of learning new things! Currently I inspect roadbuilding...been doing that for 9 years and I love it. Hope to travel the country in an RV after I retire. I have winters off and love to go to Florida, the Keys and the Gulf Coast. Hope to travel west again soon!

I have a gorgeous 24 year old daughter who has a great career. Never met a stranger...everyone likes me! You'd want me there if you were shipwrecked...for a LOT of reasons from cooking to building shelter to fishing for dinner to great conversation....and keeping you warm.....and probably for the boat I'd build to get home IF we even WANTED to leave! Springsteen, Van Morrison, the Stones. My friend Terry Cassidy in the Keys. Those tropical/folksy/country kind of songs. "Streets of Fire" is MY song. "Would YOU go with me....if we roll down streets of fire?? Roam from town to town? Never shut it down?" Buffett's "Last Mango in Paris" kinda tells my life story.

I believe a first time meeting should be simple. Coffee or something.

A first "REAL" date could be to a nice restaurant for a quiet dinner where we could converse without yelling.......then maybe a walk thru town, stopping off for a nightcap.....or maybe going down to watch the moonlight over a lake........or maybe even the sunrise over Lake Michigan.

A DREAM date would involve hopping a private jet, landing at Key West airport, going to Mallory Square for the sunset celebration, then dinner on the sidewalk on Duvall Street while people watching.....then strolling between the nightspots before heading to our quiet B&B and letting the tropical moonlight work its' magic.....and forgetting the outside world for a while while practicing our kissing skills.......or...plan B.....how about race driving school? Sky diving? Deep sea fishing and snorkeling?
