I moved here last year from NY and I usually have no problems making friends, but that has not happened here in Birmingham. So apart from work and few selected friends, I find myself wanting more and so giving this online thing a shot. I am basically looking for someone to hang out not looking to date or get romantically involved either. Somehow this is being interpreted as a profile of someone looking for sex! I am not..Lets set that clear .. I have had a very active and socially fulfilling life so far and find myself unable to adjust to the solitude that this move to birmingham has brought on me :-). I am not sure how to prove that I am not looking for sex.. Someone cool, fun, who likes to watch movies, eat out and travel is what I am primarily interested in. I do like to get cozy .. but again that does not mean I am looking for sex. I am just elaborating this before hand because I am tired of explaining..(Thank you for patiently reading my rant)..

I guess this should give you somewhat of an idea as to what kind of a person I am. I have everything straight in my life, no past that I need to bury, and about future I usually do not worry! ..Hey that rhymed !.. lol

I have a motorcycle and love riding, love adventure activities of all sorts, enjoy bowling and watching movies. I am a travel junkie.. been to 20 states in last two years and am on a mission to complete all 50! Travelers typically tend to be good photographers and I am no exception to that! I love photography.. especially nature photography. Outdoors is where I am most happy, and where I enjoy the most .. but then who does not like to stay at home and watch a nice move?

There is Q here about what makes me unique - Well to begin with I am from India.. that is probably unique, but I do not like to judge people by attributes they themselves had no role in developing. I obviously had no role in deciding which country I was born in!.. So I will stick to more meaningful things..
I am a great conversationalist. I get along with almost anyone regardless of their personality type and I love meeting new people, which kind of makes me a good listener . I am interested in almost everything you can imagine from technology to philosophy!

I never plan what I would do on a first date! .. I believe in being spontaneous!
