I am the single mother of two (ages 15 & 19) and I would describe myself as being an understanding, laid-back, easy-going, family oriented, committed female who appreciates and enjoys the simplicity of life; such as reading, festivals, going for walks and taking scenic drives around the bay. I like to laugh and have a good time and so I strive to keep negativity of all levels out of my life. I prefer to smile rather than frown and I choose to laugh rather than cry. I am a firm believer in "life is what you make of it" and therefore I try to make the best out of life at all times.

My hope is to encounter someone from the site, we meet, enoy one another's company, date for sometime and eventually we end up in a serious, committed relationship. That's my HOPE anyway. Who knows...it could happen, right?

An idea first date to me would be going to a museum, art gallery, zoo, etc. where we will be able to enjoy some low-key entertainment while getting to know one another. And, if things go smoothly and we continue on with the date then maybe some lunch and a movie. Nothing fancy, let's just keep it simple, enjoyable and fun.
