what makes anyone unique?

If I told you that I'm a genuine guy, looking to be with someone who cares about me and that I care for. That I don't mind doing the things that girls would love their man to do, like taking them shopping, sitting through chick flicks, taking them on romantic dates, etc. Would you believe me knowing you heard it all before? Well I'm not here to convince anyone that I'm that type of guy. I am. But the only way to find out is to go out, right?

About me, I'm a musician. It's a career choice, not a hobby. Finding someone who understands and supports that would be great, as I would support you in whatever you want to do. During the day, I do have a full time job. I'm not a dead beat. I'm a Senior Consultant at my job, and VERY successful for my age. I go out, I have fun, I like staying in. I take care of myself. I understand physical chemistry is a must in a lot of cases, and I realize I'm no GQ model, but I know I'm more energetic, fun, confident, and funny than most guys.

I may be 24, but I am surpassed my age personality wise, which is why most of my friends are late 20's and early 30's. I get along with people older than me a whole lot better, so I lean towards dating girls older than me. At the same time, I'm open to meeting anyone.

**F**Y**I** I'm an old fashioned cat. My idea of a first date and how I do them is below, BUT! I do things like the old days days where I pick you up at your door step, open your car door. Take you to a nice dinner to where you'd probably need to be dressed nicely for. I don't understand where this "casual dating" thing took place where we meet somewhere, and you pay half the check. I like to actually treat a woman, like a woman.

It depends on you to be honest. I still believe in chivalry. A first date, I'd either keep it super casual, or if you like to do the wine and dine thing, I'll find out what type of things you like doing, hobbies, interests, and base a date around that. Come on, it's better than assuming you'll enjoy the places we go right? How many dates have you gone on and didn't like where you went?
