I am a divorced father of four. I have 3 girls and a boy. They stay with me every other week. My oldest is a freshman in high school at the University of Akron. She's in the "Early College Program." Her work load is pretty heavy. My second oldest is a 6th grader at the middle school. My youngest daughter is in 2nd grade and my son is in kindergarten.

I work in Law Enforcement and have for over 14 years. Currently I'm working nights Sunday evening through Thursday evening, 11pm to 7am. Next years schedule looks like it's going to be a bit better. I'll be working 10am to 6pm with Wednesday/Thursday off.

I enjoy movies, rock and country music. I really like comedies but I laugh at everything, Action adventure, parodies, thrillers, suspense... pretty much anything. I'm not really into the gory graphic movies anymore... you've seen blood once, its all the same. Music... Hair bands, country, 70's... I love rock n roll. I really don't care for Rap/Hip Hop but some of it is good.

I like spending time out with friends and at home working around the house. Camping, hiking, biking and other outdoor activities... there's alot that I used to do but haven't made time for in years. I enjoy traveling and checking out the sights. I'm not a complex person, I just enjoy the simple things in life.

I'm looking for a woman who enjoys children and may be interested in having more. I want someone I can share every aspect of my life with. We don't have to share all the same interests but yet we can appreciate the differences in each other.

I've been a practicing Catholic most of my life. I may not go every week but I try. For years the shift I worked prevented me from attending regularly.

I'd have to say one of my unique characteristics is that I am detail oriented. I'm not a perfectionist by any means but I always notice the fine details in everything. I don't always remember things... it seems that my memory has declined a bit with age. I have to write it down and send myself reminders. It's not that bad but I try hard to make sure I don't overlook things.

On a first date I would like to spend time talking and getting to know each other. A quiet dinner or a walk. I'd rather not go to a bar as it's usually entirely too noisy. A drink after dinner may be OK. It depends.
