We don't stay young forever, we lose our baby faces and toned bodies.
If we live our lives with dignity and respect for others we can keep the most important characteristics of all; the abilility to give without expecting anything in return, to love unconditionally, and forgiveness for those who have rejected us because our youthful looks have faded.
Always treat as you would be treated. The best way to help yourself is to start by helping others.
