I just quit my job earlier this year in the tech field to pursue my MBA full time, so I'm unemployed and am busy with school until July 2010. Even though my life may be busy, I'd still like to set aside time to try and meet that right someone. However, I'm residing in France until Christmas since I am on a student exchange program. After which, I will be back in the United States to finish studying.

Somethings about me:
I am a licensed motorcyclist looking to get a Ninja 250 or 500 when I am working again. I just got my license this past year. I have all the gear, just no bike!

I am also a cyclist (something about me and wheels!). I like to go for nice bike rides along the bay trail when I have the time and for the sake of exercise and pleasure! I'm not a big fan of the gym because I feel so bored just standing indoors exercising on a machine. So cycling is my hobby :-).

I'm a geek, yes. I am pretty good at figuring things out myself or brainstorming with other people to figure out what the problem is. I do play things like Xbox 360, Wii, etc. sometimes, but it comes and goes in spurs. And yes, I have played WoW in the past, but not in ages, and I only got up to like a level 18 or 19! I do play games like Star Wars the Force Unleashed, but I also like Wii Play.

I'm an omnivore, I eat all of the various meats/poultry/seafoods, pork, chicken, beef, lamb, fish, shrimp, etc. I hope you are an omnivore too, as food is a very important aspect of my life.

I'm a very casual person. I'm not a big fan of dressing up or wearing tight clothes all the time. During the colder times, I'm usually seen in baggy sweat pants, a sweatshirt, and a t-shirt, wearing flip flops! Summer, gym like shorts, a t-shirt or tank top and sandals. I only dress somewhat girlie / chick like when I either am meeting someone for the first time, working, or attending school to feel more "professional". I don't wear makeup either, only to job interviews and very special occasions.

I like open and honesty. I am looking for someone to not only be my companion but my best friend. Someone who I can confide in, as I can be a very private person with certain topics. Mind games need not apply, I don't get the whole dating barrages of we have to wait 3 days to call him yada yada yada. While I may not always be directly honest, I usually try to "soften the blow" since I don't like to lie.

Lastly, I love to travel. Whenever I have the time, I'm usually traveling. I've been to various parts of the US, Europe, and China. I hope to make it to South Africa and Australia in the near future. I especially want to dive the Great Barrier Reef, see the great Outback, and a Safari in Africa.

Religion: I choose other here because I'm a cross between "New Age" and "Spiritual but not religious". Reincarnation and Karma I know happen. Something more for discussion!

Ideally, something simple so we can just get to know each other and see if we have chemistry. Something like bubble tea, dessert, lunch, or dinner. Maybe have a nice little stroll along the town when were done if we both don't have commitments after. I'm not a late night person, I don't drink very much and/or often, nor do I like partying, so the simpler the better.

Please no dinner and a movie routine, I don't watch movies very often even though I listed the types of movies I like. It is like a once in every 6 - 18 months deal for me I will actually sit in front of a tv and watch a movie for 1.5 hours. I usually watch movies at home because I find it more convenient. And of course, it takes away from the time we will get to know each other and see if we are compatible.
