I have been seperated for about 15 months now and the lawyers are working their magic so I feel that it is time to step out into the world and see what there is to be seen. First and foremost in my life are my children. I spend a great deal of time with them and they come first in my life. I also enjoy watching sports (NY Giants and Chicago Cubs fan) and the usual things like movies and books. I really enjoy just getting in the car with no particular destination in mind in search of a great pub, microbrewery or burger joint. I think that my XM radio is one of the coolest inventions in the world and I listen to alot of 60's, 70's and 80's music as well as 60's and 70's R&B and classic rock.
I am open and honest (I know..who doesn't say that on this type of site??)as well as mushy and a big fan of pda (handholding, cuddling and such). I tend to to have small group of very close friends rather than a large circle of acquantices (gee I hope I spelled that right!) I have a filter issue..that is to say that I sometimes tend to blurt out the first thing that come to mind so I could use someone patient and tolerant! After my experiences I have to say that I am more than bit leery of marriage but I have a strong and abiding faith in love and long term relationships.
Let's see where the road leads to.

Pretty standard fare here. Coffee or a beer or maybe dinner. A chance to talk and see if there is chemistry. There has to be a balance of emotional, intellectual and physical attraction and the only way to judge it is to meet up and take the chance.
