About Me
Hello. Thanks for looking. If you're separated and email me, I probably won't reply. Sorry but to me the deal isn't done yet...Just being honest.
I am a self taught musician and play primarily piano/keyboard,but also guitar and bass. Loved playing bass when I was in a band eons ago. Currently I co-lead contemporary music at my church.
I love animals and have a cat with huge paws. I'd have a dog too but I don't feel I'm home enough to be fair to one.
I like motorcycles and have one but haven't riden it in two seasons so I'm thinking about selling it since it's a waste not using it. Just lost interest due to other things, one being a canoe that I've worked on which is funny since I really don't swim and don't like being under water. But I've had it out a few times on the pond near where I live. Very peaceful. If you pray, offer one up that I'll stay upright in it. Swamping a canoe does not equal fun for me (smile). My favorite season is fall even though winter is just starting to wake up. I love all the seasons though and squawk about each one equally when experiencing them. You know too hot, too cold, to wet blah, blah.
I'd describe my career as fairly successfull because there is always room for improvement. I'm a technical field supervisor for my company and wear several different hats during a given work week. Most of the time I enjoy my job. I guess a couple of goals would be making a CD of some of my music and obtaining a certification in Information and Technology services to broaden my career abilities.
I'm not real good at talking about myself. I can say though, that I'm a pretty good listener, or so I've been told, and I'm more likely to want to hear about you than talk about myself. I do answer what is asked though. I think there are many attributes that make me unique but to describe them here is rather hard. Uniqueness is something that is discovered over time. We are all unique and just need to be unwrapped by the right person to find the deeper substance we're made of. So enough about me. Tell me about you. Thanks for stopping by.
First Date
I think I'd be most comfortable keeping it light at first and meeting for coffee at a place like Starbucks or Panera so if we get to talking a bit there are comfortable seats to spend time in (by the fireplace in some). I've heard that some of the best romances started as friends first. Have a good one.
