I am a happy, healthy and loving woman. I do care about living a healthy life which includes exercising daily, but I also love to create gourmet healthy meals to share with those I love. I have lived abroad, traveled extensively and worked abroad. Living a life with respect to the planet is important to me. I consider myself a citizen of the world.
