I love the artistic world. Languages, fine art, anything utilising abstract to broaden the mind. I believe that things that are not entirely known or are a bit of a mystery become left to the imagination are enhanced and made better.

I enjoy working out, the endorphin high always makes me feel great. I like a good story regardless if it is a book, a movie or listening to someone talk. I love passion and I am quite expressive thus I am very attentive to my partner's needs and wants.

I've three of the best friends anyone could ask for and we have all been friends now for over 20 years. They have become more of a family now as most of my immediate family still live back east.

I am currently at a crossroads in life, I've worked many years now in the technology/communications industry and am looking for a change. I planning on getting my teaching certificate so I can teach children English and fine arts. It is something that got side tracked earlier in my life and now I am at a point where I find I just need to do it. With the experiences I have had so far in my life I know I will make a positive difference in my future student's lives.

I've also a travel bug in me; growing up in Ontario, my parents owned an Alberg 30 (a 60's style single mast sail boat) and for a couple months, every summer, we would sail all over the Great Lakes. Though I did not appreciate the experience then, it is one of the things I miss most now.

I love to write and I maintain a "Book of life" that allows me to reflect on my past experiences, both good and bad. My writings have helped me become a better person, and as such I am quite happy with who I am. I find that I am simply missing the right person to share with.

I don't mind drama but not in excess please, expression in itself can be wonderfully dramatic and it belays passion. And passion helps remind us that we are alive. But too much drama can put a damper on even the most intense romance, no?

So if you are through reading this and want to know more lets talk, but please don't drag out the actual meeting timeline, online communicating is so limited and it doesn't promote the healthy, open candor that a face to face has to offer.

The first date is always a "get to know you" experience so a coffee or perhapse a pint at the pub creates that relaxed atmosphere where two people can have a nice conversation and not feel the pressures of expectation. The second date could be somewhat more intimate: dinner, comedy club, a concert...what ever WE decide, its going to be fun
