I think my ideal first date might be to head out to dinner then catch an act at a local comedy club. Movies are always good too, but they don't allow much talking, so getting to know you would be a little hard. I recently went to a High School Play with my daughters and really enjoyed it. So, maybe a dinner show or a "real" play might be fun as well.
